How it works

Simple steps. No surprises.

Most sites go from first conversation to live in two to four weeks, and you spend about two hours of your own time. Here’s exactly what happens and what I’ll need from you.

  1. 01

    Day 1

    A free 20-minute chat

We talk in person or by phone about your business, your customers, and what the site needs to do. No pressure and no jargon.

    Your part

    Tell me about your business.

  2. 02

    Within 2 business days

    A fixed-price proposal

You get a short written proposal: the pages, the price, the timeline, and what I need from you. A 50% deposit starts the work.

    Your part

Read it, ask questions, say yes or no.

  3. 03

    Week 1

    Gathering your content

A 30-minute interview gives me what I need to write the site. You send your logo and photos, or I help you take a few good ones.

    Your part

    Answer questions and send photos.

  4. 04

    About 7–10 days after content

    Your first draft

You get a private preview link to the real, working site. Click around on your phone and show it to your team.

    Your part

Look it over and mark what to change.

  5. 05

    1 to 3 rounds

    Revisions

Send your changes in one list per round and I make them. Small fixes after launch are covered by the Care Plan.

    Your part

Send one list of changes per round.

  6. 06

Typically 2–4 weeks from the start

    Launch

I connect your domain, link your Google Business Profile, set up Google Search Console, and test every page on real phones. The remaining 50% is due at launch.

    Your part

    Approve the final version.

  7. 07

    Ongoing

    After launch

On the Care Plan I keep it running and handle small updates. Not on the plan? You get the files and simple instructions.

    Your part

    Text me when something changes.

What I need from you

A short list. I chase the details.

  • About 30 minutes for an interview about your business
  • Your logo, if you have one (a photo of your sign works too)
  • 10–20 photos of your work, food, space, or team
  • Your services or menu with prices, if you want them shown
  • Access to your Google Business Profile, or an invite to manage it
  • Prompt feedback on the preview, ideally within a few days

Straight answers

I reply within one business day. If I can’t help, I’ll say so.

No surprise bills

The price in the proposal is the price. Extra work is quoted and approved before I do it.

Your stuff stays yours

Domain in your name, content and photos yours, and the site files handed over if you leave.

Nothing goes live without you

You see every page on a private preview link and approve the final version.
